Charges:
- It is understood that the responsible party/organization, if a non-member, shall pay the required $900 room rental the day of booking for all parties of 150 or more (entire clubhouse). This room rental is refundable fully up to one year in advance before the event, 50% refundable up to 6 months in advance before the event and no refund after 6 months before the event.
- It is understood that the responsible party/organization, if a non-member, shall pay the required $700 room rental the day of booking for all parties of 150 or less (whole clubhouse with portable bar and existing dance floor) not including bar area. Club bar and bar dining will be open to Club Members. This room rental is refundable fully up to one year in advance before the event, 50% refundable up to 6 months in advance before the event and no refund after 6 months before the event.
- For all banquet functions at Fremont Golf Club, a guaranteed number of guests must be submitted to the Office no less than 48 hours in advance of the function. BILLING WILL BE PROCESSED FOR THE GUARANTEED NUMBER OF GUESTS. If the actual count exceeds the guarantee, the responsible party will be billed for the total over the guarantee.
- For all banquet functions, the responsible party/organization agrees to pay a twenty (22%) percent gratuity and any applicable sales tax, unless sales tax exempt, wherein a tax exempt number and certificate must be provided to the Office Manager’s Office prior to the date of the function.
- If you wish to make payment with a credit card, the Club will add a 3% processing fee.
MINIMUM SPENDING- Food & Beverage charges for parties of 200 or more guests must meet a minimum spending of $5,000 or more (inclusive) for food & beverage. Food & Beverage charges for parties of 200 or less guests must meet a minimum spending of $3,000 or more (inclusive) for food & beverage. Also, food must be paid for 2 weeks in advance of function. Any bar charges must be paid the night of the event.
- It is understood that the responsible party/organization will conduct the event in an orderly manner.
- It is also understood that drinks must be removed from tables no later than 1:00 A.M. in accordance with Nebraska Liquor Laws.
- Leftover buffet food or extra food may not be removed from Club premises.
- For all Events you will be required to pay for on premise security. The security will be hired by the Club and the cost of security will be added to your final bill.
Booking Process: Once a date has been agreed upon, deposit has been received and contract has been signed you have a confirmed date for your event. At this time we will meet with you to go over the details of your event. All details must be firmed up prior to 30 days before the event. |
