Jared is originally from Beresford which is a small town in Southeastern South Dakota. He graduated from Ferris State University in 2000 with a Bachelors degree in Marketing/Professional Golf Management. He is currently one of 300 golf professionals in the PGA to be certified in Teaching and Golf Operations. He has also won numerous awards through the Nebraska PGA for his service and commitment to his Association. He is looking forward to working with the members of FGC to help make the club and its events the best they can be. When not at work he likes to spend time with his family, wife suzie and son Derek (3 years old), and daughter Ava (1 year old).
